Targeting Your Micro Info Session

To get the highest return on investment for your Micro-Info Session, you can ensure it is visible to the exact students you want to to get interested. Quinnica allows you to target by university, majors, preferences, and specific skill sets.

1. Select Your University

In the Choose University section, you dictate which campus communities can view your info session.

  • Specific Schools: Click the University dropdown menu to select individual target campuses.
  • Broad Reach: To cast a wider net, select All current universities to make your session visible across all campuses you are partnered with.

2. Define Target Student Groups

Beside Target Your Student Population, align the info session content with your preferences:

  • Majors: Click the dropdown to add specific fields of study (e.g., Computer Science, Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, Business Administration). If your info session is a general company overview open to everyone, you can select All Majors.
  • Academic Level (Post To): Check the boxes for the student groups you are looking to recruit:
    • Undergraduate students
    • Graduate students
    • Other (Alumni, online, non-degree)

3. Set Preferences

Next to Additional Options, tailor your audience based on your organization's hiring capabilities:

  • Include students that are not willing to relocate: Toggle this option if you are promoting remote roles or have local offices near the target university.
  • Willing to sponsor international students work visas: Check this box if your company can support international talent.

4. Target Skills

The Skills section is where you can really get into targeting on the platform. Quinncia's AI uses these tags to cross-reference student resumes and automatically recommend your content to compatible matches.

  • Essential Skills (Soft Skills): Select up to 5 core competencies vital to your company culture or the role (e.g., Professionalism, Leadership, Communication, Empathy, Critical Thinking, Time Management).
  • Technical Skills (Hard Skills): Use the search bar to tag specific tools, software, or technical languages you require (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Canva, Figma).

Once your targeting is complete and you see the "Ready to continue" checkmark at the bottom of the screen, click Save Changes and select Continue to move to your final session preview.
