Employer Account Creation & Profile Setup


Welcome to Quinncia! Setting up your account allows you to establish your company’s workspace, verify your organizational data, and get ready to reach student talent.

Sign Up

Step 1: Navigate to Registration

  1. Head to the main Quinncia Sign In page.
  2. Locate the link at the bottom that reads: “Are you an employer? Register here” and click it.

Step 2: Enter Basic Account Credentials

On the Employer sign up form, fill out your initial contact details:

  • Your Work Email Address: Enter your corporate email (using free domains like Gmail will delay your approval).
  • Your Full Name
  • Choose Your Password: Create a secure password that includes an upper and lower-case character, at least one number, and is between 8–50 characters long.
  • Repeat Your Password
  • Click SIGN UP NOW.

Step 3: Enter the Verification Code

  1. Check your corporate inbox for a 6-digit confirmation code sent by Quinncia.
  2. Enter the code into the verification field on your screen and click SUBMIT CODE.

Create Account

Once verified, you will be taken to the Create your profile / Add your organization details workflow. This multi-tab setup ensures your workspace is authentic and fully configured.

1. Company Basics

On this first tab, establish your public brand identity:

  • Company Legal Name: Input your organization's official, legal name (e.g., Amazon).
  • Company Website & LinkedIn Profile: Provide your official corporate URLs.
  • Company Logo: Click browse your files to select your logo asset. In the popup window, adjust the crop framing as needed and click CROP & SAVE.
  • Click CONTINUE.

2. Company Details

Help candidates learn more about your team and structural makeup:

  • Company Description: Write a short overview of your organization's mission, values, or workspace culture (up to 400 characters).
  • Company Industry: Use the dropdown search to select your industry category or catergories (e.g., Educational Services).
  • Company Size & Year Founded: Select your total employee headcount range from the dropdown, and type in the year your organization was established.
  • Click CONTINUE.

3. Legal & Location

This information is securely handled to complete Quinncia's trust and safety compliance check:

  • TAX ID / EIN: Type in your official 9-digit Federal Employer Identification Number.
  • Company Headquarters: Start typing your main office address and select the match from the Google Maps autofill menu.
  • Click CONTINUE.

4. Admin Settings & Final Security Check

Confirm your administrative contact details to finalize the portal launch:

  • Review your pre-filled First Name, Last Name, and Work Email to ensure they are correct.
  • Phone Number: Add your direct workspace phone line.
  • LinkedIn Permission: Check the optional toggle box if you are comfortable allowing Quinncia to mention or tag your workspace on LinkedIn for success stories.
  • Click FINISH SETUP.
  • Final Code: Enter the secondary authentication code pushed to your workspace email and click VERIFY & CONTINUE.

What's Next?

Once you submit your final verification code, your completed profile is automatically routed to the Quinncia team for security and compliance verification.

  • Profile Review: Our team will manually review your workspace, legal name, website, and EIN details to ensure everything is correct and secure for student interaction.
  • Approval: If everything looks correct and passes our system review, your workspace will be approved, and you will receive an email notification granting you full access to your live dashboard.

  • Correction Outreach: If we detect an issue or if anything needs to be corrected (such as a missing Tax ID, a broken website link, or an invalid email domain), a member of our team will reach out to you directly to help you fix it so we can get your account live as fast as possible.
